Modifications to the Standard Catalog will now be described under announcements. These changes do not really affect the underlying rules to the game, since these remain the same regardless of the item catalog being used.
Previously, we described a change where Patriots shoot down Bombers before Nuclear Missiles, and Nuclear Missiles before Neutron Missiles. With the latest modifications, hoewever, Patriots no longer shoot down Bombers at all.
