Now, as an observer of a game you:%.%.gs.%.%.%:#039;re not playing, with your real-time hourglass on, you should get automatic refresh on the game (info, chats, board, and history). An :%.%.gs.%.%.%:quot;observer eye:%.%.gs.%.%.%:quot; icon will appear in the info panel with a mouseover showing current observers.
We:%.%.gs.%.%.%:#039;ve also added a bugle start sound and a :%.%.gs.%.%.%:quot;miss:%.%.gs.%.%.%:quot; sound for those rounds where there are no casualties. If the bugle:%.%.gs.%.%.%:#039;s too much, say something in the main chat (on the play page) and perhaps we can find something more subtle.
You might notice that we:%.%.gs.%.%.%:#039;ve also added blinking :%.%.gs.%.%.%:quot;new posts:%.%.gs.%.%.%:quot; indicators under the forums menu. As the forums get used more, we:%.%.gs.%.%.%:#039;ll add features to them. |
