Your Commands

Drag the TRANS from Rozz to A5.
(It may be easier to zoom in with CTRL-click
and then pan with the arrow keys while dragging.)

Drag an INF from the item panel to Braxx,
then hold SHIFT and click INF two more times.

Your commands should look like:

M: TRANS + RED/INF*6 @ ROZZ -> A5
P: INF*3 -> BRAXX

Note that you can close the Recon List by clicking
the black square in its upper-right corner.
