Your Commands

Drag an INF from Braxx to B1,
then hold the SHIFT key and click on the SRNUKE,
then hold the SHIFT key and click on the TRANS.

Drag a BOMBER from the item panel to Braxx.

Your commands should look like:

M: INF + BLACK/SRNUKE,BLACK/TRANS @ BRAXX -> B1
P: BOMBER -> BRAXX

Note that Infantry may carry several types of items,
including Transports,
but Transports may only carry Infantry.
